One of the many challenges of running a global SaaS is provisioning and managing numerous different infrastructure. When I first joined Superb AI, our team size as well as service diversity was growing rapidly. Since we had no such thing as DevOps engineers back then, backend engineers like myself were responsible for infrastructure work as well. In this presentation at HashiTalks Korea, I explain how we rebuilt our IaC and CI pipelines in Github as a monorepo for multi-region, multi-stage deployment.
